The agreement between Rediprofiles LTD and you. Plain language where we can manage it.
Governing law: Federal Republic of Nigeria
1. Modification of terms
Rediprofiles may modify any part of these Terms at any time. Updates take effect once posted on www.rediprofiles.com. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & age
Services are available only to individuals aged 13 or older. If we discover a user is under 13, the account is terminated immediately.
3. Accounts & security
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you register.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass bans or misuse services results in permanent termination.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Prohibited activities
Phone numbers provided through our services are not your property and are not reserved for your private use. Sharing them with third parties is a breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate termination.
Number availability changes at our discretion and numbers are temporary. We are not responsible for incidents arising from your use of a number. Our verification service covers only the window from requesting a number to receiving a code; you indemnify and hold us harmless for anything outside it.
5. Purchases, payments & refunds
- Pay through the approved methods listed on the site: card, crypto or wallet deposit.
- All sales are final. Refunds are at our sole discretion, case by case.
- Review window: check your purchased account within 30 minutes of delivery. If no issue is reported in that time, the account is considered accepted and no refund or replacement is issued.
- Crypto payments may not be refundable because of network and volatility constraints.
- Voluntary cancellations are not refunded.
- We are not responsible for payments sent to wrong wallets or to third parties imitating Rediprofiles.
6. Delivery
- Services are delivered digitally after successful payment and verification. No physical products.
- For delivery issues, contact support via tickets, chat widget, WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Rediprofiles is not responsible for restrictions or bans by third-party platforms after transfer.
7. Ownership & use of purchased accounts
Accounts are transferred securely to you. We cannot guarantee platforms won't change their terms or restrict transferred accounts in future. You assume full responsibility for use after transfer, and we are not liable for suspensions caused by third-party policy violations.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, logos, designs, text and media on www.rediprofiles.com belong to Rediprofiles and may not be used without written permission.
9. Warranties disclaimer
Services are provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that purchased accounts will retain specific metrics, which are controlled by third-party platforms. We may modify, suspend or discontinue services at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rediprofiles is not liable for losses from use or inability to use the services; bans or restrictions by third-party platforms; unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Child panels
A child panel is a storefront that you, the panel owner, run under your own brand and domain. Rediprofiles supplies the hosting infrastructure, the software and the delivery of catalogue accounts that your customers order. We do not control, supervise or take part in how you operate your panel: whom you sell to, what you charge, how you advertise, or what your customers do with what they buy.
As a panel owner you are solely responsible for: (a) your own business, including its registration, taxes and compliance with the laws that apply to you and to your customers; (b) your customers, including their support, refunds, disputes and complaints; (c) all content, pricing, marketing and claims published on your panel; and (d) keeping your panel within the Acceptable Use rules in section 4 and all applicable laws.
If your panel, or anyone using it, is involved in fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, money laundering or any other unlawful activity, that is your responsibility alone. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rediprofiles, its owners, staff and partners against any claim, loss, fine, legal action or cost arising from how your panel is used. Rediprofiles may suspend or close a panel at any time, without refund, where we believe it is being used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.
Our obligations to panel owners are limited to keeping the platform available and delivering catalogue orders. Sections 9 and 10 apply to child panels in full.
12. Disputes & governing law
Disputes are first addressed directly with our support team. If unresolved, they are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Severability & contact
