How long does activation take?+

Your panel is live immediately after your scheduled onboarding call. You get admin access the moment payment clears, so you can explore before the call.

Do I need technical knowledge?+

No. The onboarding call covers the admin dashboard, pricing setup, payment gateways and day-to-day management. You'll be confident before you go live.

Can I set my own prices?+

Yes. As a panel owner you buy parent-catalogue accounts 10% below the retail price on rediprofiles.com, then add your own markup on top and keep the difference. You can also list your own custom services at prices you control entirely.

Who is responsible for what happens on my panel?+

You are. Rediprofiles provides the hosting, the software and the delivery of the accounts your customers order. How you run the panel, whom you sell to and what your customers do with their purchases is your responsibility, and panels used for fraud or other unlawful activity are closed. See section 11 of the Terms.

What can my customers buy?+
