Buyer protection
Every account on Rediprofiles is login-tested and security-checked before it is listed. After delivery you have 30 minutes to check it. Report any valid issue in that window and it is replaced or refunded to your wallet. All sales are otherwise final, and bans or restrictions applied by a platform after delivery are outside our control.
Before listing+
- Each account is logged into and checked for security flags before it goes on sale.
- Listings state exactly what is included, such as the original email or two-factor details. If it says mail included, mail is included.
- Stock counts are live. Sold-out listings show as pre-order instead of disappearing.
The 30-minute review window+
- The window starts when the login details land in your dashboard.
- Log in, confirm the details match the listing, and change the password.
- Found a problem? Open the live chat or a support ticket with your order number inside the window.
What we replace or refund+
- Login details that do not work.
- An account that does not match its listing, for example missing mail that was promised.
- Refunds go to your Rediprofiles wallet so you can pick a replacement immediately.
What is not covered+
- Issues reported after the review window. The account is considered accepted.
- Restrictions, checkpoints or bans applied by the platform after delivery.
- Changes you make after delivery, or use that breaks the platform's rules or our terms.
- Changing your mind. All sales are final.
