How delivery works
Delivery is instant and digital. The moment your wallet payment goes through, the account's login details appear under your orders in the dashboard. Nothing is sent by email or chat, so nobody but you sees them. Sold-out listings can be pre-ordered and are delivered automatically the moment they are restocked.
Step by step+
- Fund your wallet by card, bank transfer or USSD through Korapay.
- Pick a listing and confirm the order. The price is taken from your wallet.
- Open Orders in your dashboard. The login details are already there.
- Log in and check the account within 30 minutes.
Pre-orders+
- A listing showing 0 in stock can still be ordered.
- Your order waits in the queue and is fulfilled automatically when stock arrives, in the order received.
- You are not charged twice and you can ask the live chat for an estimate.
If something is missing+
- Check the order's details page first, including any notes from the team.
- Then open the live chat or a ticket with the order number. Support is online 8am to 10pm every day.
