The Rediprofiles API: sell accounts, SMS numbers and proxies from your own site
Rediprofiles now has a public API. With one key your website, app or bot can list the catalogue, buy accounts, rent SMS…

What is an aged account? It is a social media profile created months or years ago, so its sign-up date is old. Sellers use the word, platforms do not. Age shows history, not quality. It does not stop a platform restricting a transferred account, so check the year, email and 2FA before you pay.

Aged is a seller's word, not a platform's. No app has an "aged" account type. When a marketplace lists aged social media accounts, it means profiles with an old creation date, often with some history on them.
That is all the word promises. The rest of this guide covers what age can and cannot do for you, how to read a listing, and where buyers in Nigeria get burned.
An aged account is a profile that was opened a long time before you buy it. On a listing you will usually see a creation year or a range of years, such as 2009 to 2022. Some listings also show friends, followers, a created page or an included email.
The word "old" means the same thing. "Aged" just sounds better on a sales page. What matters is the sign-up date, the country the account was opened in, and whether you get the email and 2FA that go with it.
No. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X do not label any account as aged. They only know the date it was created and what has happened on it since.
This matters because nobody can promise you what a platform will do with an old profile. Any seller who says an aged account will never be restricted is selling hope, not stock.
There are three honest reasons.
Nigerian buyers usually want aged accounts for a business page, a Marketplace shop, an ad account or a brand profile. For the Facebook side in detail, read our aged Facebook account guide.
Age is one signal among many. These are the claims buyers hear most, and the plain answer to each.
| Claim you hear | What is true |
|---|---|
| "Old means safe" | No. A platform can restrict any transferred account, old or new. |
| "Old means more reach" | No. Reach comes from how the account is used after you take it over. |
| "Old means it has followers" | Not unless the listing says so. Check friends and followers on the listing itself. |
| "Old means I can sell or advertise straight away" | Not always. Features such as Marketplace or ads can still ask for identity checks. |
| "Old means it is mine for good" | Only if you secure the email and 2FA right after delivery. |
It depends on the platform and what you want to do. Older is not always better. An account from 2009 with a foreign sign-up country may be a poorer fit than a 2022 account that suits your plan.
Here is how age shows up on the platforms we list. Stock changes, so always read the live listing.
| Platform | How age appears on listings |
|---|---|
| Listings by sign-up year, with ranges from 2009 up to 2022 for older profiles, plus newer batches | |
| An old accounts listing with 2023 to 2025 sign-up years and 2FA | |
| X (Twitter) | Old accounts from 2009 to 2012 with 2FA, and a 2018 to 2021 set with email verification |
| TikTok | Old US accounts from 2020 to 2024 |
Most of this stock is foreign. Check the country on each listing, and do not assume an account is Nigerian unless it says so.
Read the listing like a buyer who has been burned before. Five checks take two minutes.
A range like 2009 to 2022 means the batch is mixed. If the exact year matters to your plan, ask on live chat before you pay.
Some listings say to log in from a specific country only. Others say to set a VPN location. Follow that note on the first login. Our VPN login advice explains why.
The email decides who really owns the account. If the listing does not say email included, ask before you pay. Without the email, you cannot recover or move the account later.
Some listings say 2FA and some say no 2FA. Neither is a flaw on its own. It tells you what you must set up yourself on day one.
Verified on a listing usually means the email or phone was confirmed at sign-up. It is not a blue tick. We explain the difference in what verified means on a bought account.
Platforms prohibit selling or transferring accounts. Rediprofiles is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or any other platform, and we cannot stop a platform from restricting an account after transfer. This is true for every seller. The ones who hide it are the ones to avoid.
What we do is give you a protection that you can use. You have a 30-minute review window after delivery. If something valid is wrong, such as a wrong password or an account that does not match the listing, report it in that window and we replace it. There are no refunds for change of mind. The full terms are on our buyer protection page.
If a platform restricts an account later, read what to do if a bought account gets restricted.
If anything looks wrong at step one, open live chat. Support runs from 8am to 10pm daily.
You pay in naira. Rediprofiles takes Korapay and bank transfer, and delivery is instant after payment. You need an account on the site to buy, but listings are public to view. If you want the full payment steps, see buying with bank transfer.
If you are still comparing sellers, our guide Where to Buy Social Media Accounts in Nigeria sets out what to ask each one.
Not always. An aged account looks more established and saves setup time, but it still carries transfer risk. A new account can suit a fresh brand better. Choose by what you plan to do, then check the listing details and the email and 2FA included.
There is no official line. Sellers use the word for anything from a year or two up to more than ten years, and the same word covers very different stock. Judge each listing by its sign-up year, country, email and 2FA rather than by the label alone.
Yes. Age does not protect an account from a restriction after transfer. Platforms prohibit account transfers and Rediprofiles cannot control their decisions. That is why we give a 30-minute review window, and why you should secure the account straight away.
Only if the listing says so. Some Facebook and Instagram listings state friends or follower counts, and many aged accounts have none. Read the listing title for the exact numbers and ask on live chat if it is unclear.
The practical risk is that platforms ban transfers in their terms, so the account can be restricted. Use a seller with a clear review window, naira payment and live chat, and keep your order records. We cover the legal side in a separate guide.
